Refund Policy For Our Products

The products we sell are digital and therefore intangible which means that they cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds after the product purchase is made and this product has been downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding to buy the script. Buying a product from us denotes that you understand and agree with this policy. By making a purchase you are agreeing that you understand that no product can be returned and also you can’t get any refund. This includes licence fees, plugins, renewable purchases and products that have previously been downloaded.


Issues During Installation:

If customers having their own server and also everything configured by themselves, we do not charge for any payment for setting up the server. For installation we are getting fee as per our price. We do not offer any server setup for free of cost. The customer having the whole responsibility for setting up their own server. In some cases we will claim responsibility for problems with installation. However, it is still the responsibility of the customer to set up their server and install the files to their own server. If customers want to setup their server, we are also doing that for price as per our standard hourly rate.

However, we do accept that on occasions things do go wrong and we will review these situations on a case by case basis to decide whether a refund will be offered.

We may consider the following situations, that may be occurred in real cases. We will analyze everything in this situation before moving to give refund. If it’s true, we will offer you refund.

  1. File Not Received: If you not received the files after making the purchase, you need to contact ask files from our Sales and Support team through email/phone. Also if you don’t want files and need refund, you can ask refund from them. This refund should be claimed within 15 days else we will consider you have been received files and you could not claim any refund.
  2. Unable to Unachieved: Downloaded zip file could not be unzip, You need to ask files from our sales team. Our team will check the file source you downloaded from your account and if the problem exists then they will resend you the download link and also will enable the right file download option in your customer area, where you can download it. In this case, if you are not wish to download right file and also need refund, we will analyze and if its true, then we will consider for refund.
  3. Functional Problem: If any modules or features not work, First you need to contact our team to fix that issues. Our team will take care of this and fix it immediately. Even if you are not interested to fix that issue with our team, you can get partial refund based on that features.
  4. Support Issue: If you are not receiving the support, after monthly subscription for particular product based on the price we fixed for that product, you can get refund.

Note: All refund will be processed minimum 15 days, it will take maximum a month based on our local and international holidays.


Refund Policy for Website Development Services

Osiz technologies undertake all projects under the purview of Milestones that dictate the direction / road-map followed by the project.

Osiz technologies accepts all Web Design/ Development/ Applications projects upon a complete analysis and creation of a complete scope document, in order to make sure that teams have complete understanding of the work needed to be done, elimination possibilities of a project cancellation / reversal / dispute

Since Osiz technologies and the Clientele realize that there is work involved in achieving every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work already completed.

Osiz technologies  makes sure that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done till that date, if paid for further development, is returned.

Osiz technologies also respect a decision made by a client to works with a different provider within 12 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario Osiz technologies would full refund the amount for the project that has been paid.

If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Osiz technologies and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
