WEMADE (CEO : Kwan-ho Park) has released the source code of StableNet, Korea’s first Layer 1 blockchain mainnet dedicated to KRW-based stablecoins, on the global development platform GitHub.

StableNet is the finalized Brand Identity (B.I.) of the stablecoin-dedicated Layer 1 blockchain mainnet unveiled during WEMADE’s ‘PROJECT STABLE ONE’ event in September.

Built to support the issuance and operation of KRW stablecoins, StableNet offers specialized features that enable enterprises to integrate and utilize stablecoin technology more efficiently.

WEMADE is reinforcing StableNet’s regulatory and security capabilities by embedding core compliance infrastructure, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing, and Fraud Detection System (FDS) features directly into the network.

In addition to continuous technical enhancements, WEMADE is also advancing partnerships with major domestic and global technology firms to implement ‘Oracle’ systems that link blockchain with key financial data such as exchange rates, interest rates, and oil prices.

㈜위메이드(대표 박관호)가 한국 최초 원화 스테이블코인 전용 레이어1 블록체인 메인넷 ‘스테이블넷(StableNet)’의 테스트넷 소스코드를 글로벌 개발 플랫폼 ‘깃허브(GitHub)’에 공개했다.

스테이블넷은 지난 9월 위메이드가 ‘프로젝트 스테이블 원’ 행사를 통해 공개한 원화 스테이블코인 전용 레이어1 블록체인 메인넷의 확정된 B.I(Brand Identity)다.

스테이블넷은 원화 스테이블코인 발행과 운용에 필요한 다양한 특화 기능을 제공해, 스테이블넷 사용 기업들이 스테이블코인 기술을 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 도입하고 활용할 수 있게 한다.

위메이드는 스테이블넷의 보안 및 규제 기능을 대폭 강화하고 있다. 사용자 인증(KYC), 자금세탁방지(AML), 테러자금 차단, 이상거래탐지(FDS) 등의 규제 및 보안 관련 기능을 인프라에 자체 탑재할 계획이다.

또, 스테이블넷 메인넷 자체 기술을 지속적으로 개선하는 것은 물론, 환율, 금리, 유가 등의 데이터를 블록체인과 연동하는 ‘오라클(Oracle)’까지 구현하고자 국내외 주요 기술 기업과의 파트너십에 박차를 가하고 있다.
