Our Client Requirement

Our client, the leading event organizer, had to design the virtual equivalent of the all-inclusive and interactive nature of live conferences. They needed an all-powerful solution that would engage participants without physical space. A key requirement was that participants should be able to interact with each other very fluidly using intuitive networking tools, live chats, Q&A sessions, and real-time engagements. An additional desire of the client was a customizable, lifelike virtual environment capable of hosting large-scale events with the ability to host multiple sessions and keynotes simultaneously with parallel running of workshops. Presentations needed smooth, high-quality interactions with minimal disruption from technology, letting presenters and attendees engage without hesitation. Solutions We Offered

To meet the client's desires, Osiz developed the all-inclusive Conference Hub solution for an all-inclusive immersive, and interactive virtual event. A fully customizable, 3D-rendered environment designed by us could be replicated as that of in-person conferences, offering real-time networking tools like chat features, Q&A sessions, and video interactions. Our platform allowed participants to communicate seamlessly, thereby ensuring engagement across all sorts of sessions. We provided a scalable infrastructure to support multiple breakout rooms, keynote speeches, and workshops all occurring at the same time without any disruption. The solution ensured quality presentation capabilities and constant transition among live events to create a better participant experience.
