RailTel, Cylus join forces to strengthen cybersecurity in Indian railways
Cylus, a leader in railway cybersecurity, has teamed up with RailTel, a major provider of telecom, IT, and ICT solutions in India, to bolster the cybersecurity framework of Indian railway infrastructure.
RailTel, renowned for its extensive pan-India fiber optic network and critical ICT services, will integrate CylusOne, Cylus’ specialized rail cybersecurity solution. This collaboration aims to enhance the security of railway signaling systems, including trackside, onboard, and SCADA systems within the Indian railway network.

Market Expansion: The collaboration will introduce Cylus’ advanced cyber defense technologies to the Indian market, improving cybersecurity across India’s railway infrastructure and public transport systems.

Professional Services Integration: Cylus will provide expertise to RailTel for the seamless integration and deployment of CylusOne into RailTel’s systems. This integration is crucial for strengthening cybersecurity measures in railway signaling, telecom, and ICT systems.

Competence Development: Cylus, in collaboration with RailTel’s Digital Service Partner, Rail Edutech Pvt Ltd, will offer specialized cybersecurity training programs for railway and industry professionals. This initiative aims to elevate cybersecurity expertise within the Indian rail sector.
Both companies are dedicated to enhancing the security and reliability of Indian railway technologies, taking a significant step towards safeguarding against emerging cyber threats.
