SAP and Google Cloud have introduced new integrations connecting SAP Engagement Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX), Joule solutions, and Gemini Enterprise. With this setup, businesses can deploy AI agents that securely access shared data across both ecosystems and execute complex marketing strategies based on user-defined goals.

This collaboration creates a unified environment where data and AI agents function seamlessly across platforms. Gemini Enterprise serves as the central layer for managing integrations and coordinating multiple agents, enabling them to act across both SAP and Google Cloud systems. The integration is powered by SAP Business Data Cloud Connect for Google and BigQuery, allowing bidirectional, zero-copy data exchange with strong security and governance. Additionally, Gemini Enterprise and SAP’s agent gateway APIs enable secure communication, contextual understanding, and coordinated actions between agents, making true multi-agent orchestration possible.
