Turkish startup Grand Games scores $3M to transform mobile game development with AI

The investment round was led by Earlybird Digital East Fund, known for its previous investments in Peak Games, with participation from Laton Ventures. The capital will help Grand Games grow its team and continue the development of its initial game titles.

Founded just four months ago, Grand Games has already soft-launched its first game. The company's goal is to accelerate game development by utilizing AI, which contributes to the creation of up to 30% of their games' codebase. This approach allows the team to build, test, and iterate their games more quickly than traditional methods.

Grand Games’ founders, Mustafa Fırtına, Mehmet Çalım, and Bekir Batuhan Çelebi, have significant experience in the gaming industry, having played key roles in the success of titles like Zen Match and Wonder Blast at companies like Good Job Games and Moon Active. Their vision is to create games that stand out by incorporating elements of luck and social competition, enhancing player engagement.
