Vaulta and Fosun wealth launch finchain to power blockchain finance in hong kong

Vaulta — formerly EOS Network — has officially partnered with Fosun Wealth Holdings to introduce blockchain-powered financial infrastructure in Hong Kong’s dynamic financial sector.

At the heart of this collaboration is “FinChain,” a virtual asset business launched by Fosun Wealth Holdings, a subsidiary of global conglomerate Fosun International. The Fosun group operates across various sectors, including insurance and healthcare, with a strong presence in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

As part of the partnership, Vaulta will deploy its comprehensive BankingOS suite, while its digital banking platform, exSat, will serve as the on-chain banking layer for services such as asset issuance, yield generation, and crypto payments.

Crucially, this agreement allows Vaulta and exSat to leverage Fosun’s existing financial licenses and real-world asset (RWA) issuance capabilities — providing a regulatory-ready foundation to scale blockchain-native banking services seamlessly.

Zhao Chen, Director of Digital Assets at Fosun Wealth, expressed confidence in the collaboration, noting, “Vaulta and exSat bring the product vision and digital banking capabilities we need to make FinChain a reality.”

This strategic move forms part of Vaulta’s broader rebrand and expansion into institutional-grade blockchain finance, positioning the company for further Web3 financial infrastructure initiatives across Asia and global markets
