Wipro, US-based Cyble partner to offer AI-driven cybersecurity risk management solutions

On August 8, Wipro announced a strategic partnership with US-based Cyble to bolster enterprise cybersecurity through AI-powered threat intelligence solutions.

This collaboration merges Cyble's advanced artificial intelligence and automation technologies with Wipro’s extensive global expertise in security and compliance. The goal is to equip security teams with enhanced insights and support more informed decision-making.

By integrating their capabilities, Cyble and Wipro aim to offer real-time threat intelligence, proactive attack surface management, and thorough risk assessments. These efforts are designed to strengthen businesses against sophisticated cyber threats, including through improved dark web monitoring and brand protection.

Tony Buffomante, Senior Vice President & Global Head – Cybersecurity & Risk Services at Wipro, emphasized that Cyble’s leadership in AI and automation complements Wipro’s deep understanding of modern risk and compliance challenges.

With increasing global cyber attacks, cybersecurity has become a critical issue. Reflecting this, the Indian government nearly doubled the budget for cybersecurity projects in the 2024 interim budget, increasing it from Rs 400 crore in 2023-2024 to Rs 759 crore for 2024-2025. The allocation was Rs 30 crore in 2022-2023, highlighting a significant increase in recent years.
