Xbox-Branded Meta Quest 3S on Sale Now, But Supply Is 'Extremely Limited

Xbox may be teaming up with Meta to release an Xbox-branded Meta Quest 3S, set to launch on June 24 for $399, according to a report from GameSandwich. The headset will feature an Xbox-themed green and black color scheme, matching accessories, an Xbox wireless controller, a three-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and an Elite strap, typically priced at $69.99.

Spec-wise, it mirrors the existing Meta Quest 3S with 128GB storage and the Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chip. While the updates are largely cosmetic, the bundle enhances the VR gaming experience with integrated Xbox Cloud Gaming support, letting players stream their game libraries in a virtual environment — putting the included controller to good use.

Neither Meta nor Xbox has confirmed the rumors, but the move aligns with Xbox’s recent collaborations, including the ROG Xbox Ally handheld series. This comes amid reports that Microsoft has paused its own handheld console development to refocus on Windows 11 gaming.

Voice of Osiz

We see this collaboration as a smart move that bridges console gaming and immersive VR experiences. While the hardware tweaks are cosmetic, bundling Xbox Game Pass and Cloud Gaming access hints at a bigger push toward ecosystem-driven entertainment. It’s clear that the future of gaming is heading towards unified, platform-agnostic experiences — and this is just the beginning.
